‘Check out with…‘ is an awareness and fund-collecting campaign aimed at hotels and other tourist facilities in Rimini. Hotels can participate in two ways:
• by inviting their guests, while checking out, to donate 1 euro to Cittadinanza;
• by directly donating to Cittadinanza 1 euro from each bill issued.

How to participate
Cittadinanza and the interested hotels will consider together, case by case, which are the most suitable information and communication tools to be used. For instance:

• the Cittadinanza pamphlet in the hall-reception desk area;
• a stand with a poster providing information concerning Cittadinanza’s activities;
• a Cittadinanza card on the bedside table in each hotel room;
• an ad promoting Cittadinanza on internal TV circuits;
• a meeting with the hotel staff to promote the initiative.

The benefits
This initiative allows the hotel management to establish a regular cooperation with Cittadinanza while proposing to its guests an ‘ethical stay’ in the hotel. The hotel becomes a ‘socially responsible’ actor, while guests can feel a sense of active participation into solidarity projects.
The hotel’s and Cittadinanza’s websites will promote the joint initiative, while Cittadinanza will produce specific coomunication material to give visibility to this partnership.
